Slow down and unwind with a nourishing yin yoga class, combining deep, supported stretches with gentle meridian massage in poses and a soothing head massage in final relaxation. Each class is themed around the elements, helping release tension held in the body and mind. Suitable for all levels, with small classes of up to 8 for a personal, nurturing experience.

Please bring your own mat and a blanket or large towel if you have one.
Hands-on massage is always optional, so just let me know if you’d prefer no touch.

Welcome to Agnes Alchemy 🌙

My own healing journey began with heartbreak. Different relationship experiences led me into holistic healing, and into exploring who I truly am. As I healed through the layers of body, mind and soul, I discovered my passion: helping others find their way back to their inner peace and inner wisdom, and to the fullest version of themselves.

This is a sacred space for souls at a crossroads, seeking clarity, healing and a way back to themselves. Everything you’re looking for already lives within you, and my role is to help you uncover it.
